Months Fixed Term Contract Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning Transformation Specialist to support a global supply planning transformation program across manufacturing operations. This role will serve as the primary site level transformation lead, driving adoption of new planning processes, operating models, and tools. The ideal candidate will partner closely with supply chain and site leadership teams to deliver training, manage change initiatives, and ensure successful deployment outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to influence large scale transformation efforts while improving planning capabilities and operational performance across manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end to end deployment activities for supply planning transformation initiatives across assigned manufacturing sites. Partner with site leadership and supply planning teams to implement new operating models and planning processes. Conduct site readiness assessments and identify gaps against future state requirements. Develop and execute site specific deployment plans and change management strategies. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to build organizational capability. Monitor deployment milestones, project KPIs, and overall implementation progress. Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues to ensure successful delivery. Support adoption of new planning tools, processes, and ways of working. Coach and guide site teams throughout the transformation lifecycle. Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive successful outcomes. Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure successful transition into sustainability and post deployment support phases.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 5 to 8 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting business transformation, process improvement, or operating model implementation initiatives. Strong stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaboration skills. Experience conducting training, workshops, and capability building sessions. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and drive organizational change. Experience with deployment planning, readiness assessments, and change management activities. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. Experience with ERP system, ERP planning platforms, or equivalent planning tools. Change Management certification or formal change management training. Experience supporting large scale supply chain transformation programs. Exposure to manufacturing network planning or global supply chain operations. Experience working in multi site or global deployment environments.
