Updates all store transfers promptly. Runs bin tags and sees they are put out. Oversees and/or performs cycle counts. Prints signs. Handles any computer/printer problems with assistance from Information Systems staff as necessary. Attends relevant training sessions concerning E4W. Strives to build a high level of E4W proficiency with all associates through emphasis on training at the store. Completes Weekly Inventory Checklist and submits to corporate office. As one of the leaders at a store, the Op Tech needs to set a positive example including a commitment to the principles of PEPSI. Takes responsibility for staying on track with his/her personal development plan. 1-2 years of retail inventory. Computer proficiency with inventory control and point-of-sale software. Epicor (point-of-sale) and Microsoft Office experience highly desired. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail. Available to work some weekends or evenings.

Physical requirements:

standing or walking throughout the shift, lifting up to 40lbs, bending, pushing/pulling, breaking down boxes, climbing ladder, etc.
