Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain, Inventory & Planning Coordinator to support daily supply chain operations, inventory management, and production planning activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels, coordinating material flow, supporting purchasing activities, and assisting with production and supply planning to meet operational and customer demands. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations and possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Coordination Coordinate purchasing, material scheduling, and supplier communications Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery Track purchase orders, material shortages, and supplier performance Work closely with vendors and internal departments to support operational requirements Assist with logistics coordination and transportation scheduling Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and system transactions Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Track inventory movement, usage, and material consumption Production Planning & Scheduling Support production planning and scheduling activities Coordinate material availability to meet production timelines Assist in developing production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels Monitor production progress and communicate schedule adjustments as needed Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to optimize workflow and material availability Reporting & Data Management Maintain and update ERP, inventory, and planning systems Generate reports related to inventory, purchasing, production, and supply chain performance Analyze inventory trends, forecasts, and planning data Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting Operational Support & Continuous Improvement Assist in developing and improving supply chain and inventory processes Support implementation of operational improvements and system enhancements Maintain documentation, procedures, and records related to supply chain activities Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control standards Qualifications & Experience 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, production planning, or logistics Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred Familiarity with ERP, inventory, or production planning systems Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of inventory control and production planning processes Understanding of purchasing and supplier management Experience with forecasting and scheduling Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:
