CUSTOMER RELATIONS/INVENTORY SPECIALIST
Looking for a well rounded individual to work in a fast paced, specialized, commercial/retail hardware environment.

This is fast paced sales environment. We are committed to serving our customers with both efficiency and accuracy. Special orders, billing, receiving, sales, POS support, inventory, and overall customer service are part of a daily schedule. As a team we work together in whatever capacity is needed to ensure that all store and customer needs are met. We must make good impressions with everyone we come in contact with. Daily contact with customers via email, in house, or phone is constant and must be done with professionalism and proper follow through. Our system is 100% computer based so strong computer skills are a must. Organizational skills and follow up are vital to being successful at this position. This position is mobile, you will be on the sales floor, warehouse, or at the registers making things happen so stretch your legs. We have both an inside showroom and a non climate controlled warehouse. You must be able to work in varying temperatures and be able to help load/unload freight. If you are looking for a desk job this is not for you. SUMMARY This is a strong business that has served this community for over 80 years.
