6+ months Construction Yard Worker We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Construction Yard Workers for a busy construction yard and warehouse environment. Candidates must be safety-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting handling materials, equipment, and general yard responsibilities. Job Duties Perform site clean up and maintain a safe, organized work environment Organize, stage, and inventory construction materials, tools, and equipment Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles Operate forklifts to move, stack, and transport materials throughout the yard Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control Inspect materials for damage and report shortages or discrepancies Maintain yard cleanliness and assist with general labor tasks as needed Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Requirements Previous construction yard, warehouse, or labor experience preferred Forklift operating experience required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Preferred Experience Construction materials handling Inventory tracking and material organization Shipping and receiving General labor and site cleanup Forklift certification is a plus Pay & Schedule Competitive pay based on experience Full-time opportunities with overtime available Weekly pay OSHA10
