In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing warehouse distribution processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, and warehouse management systems. Your expertise will help streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and support strategic decision-making to meet organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where analytical skills and technical proficiency are highly valued. Responsibilities Oversee warehouse distribution activities, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient inventory control across multiple locations. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as AS400 and SAP to track inventory movements, process transactions, and generate reports. Conduct data mining and analysis using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Nielsen data to identify trends, root causes of discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing strategies, pricing negotiations, and contract management to optimize supply chain costs. Perform demand planning and inventory forecasting through demand analytics and MRP systems to ensure optimal stock levels for production planning and order fulfillment. Lead root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies or stock shortages, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Manage logistics inventory processes including shipping & receiving, materials handling, 3PL coordination, and materials management to support efficient warehouse operations. Engage in cross-functional communication with merchandising, retail management, supplier management teams, and transportation providers to streamline supply chain activities. Support continuous process improvement initiatives by analyzing warehouse operations data and recommending enhancements using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience 2 - 3 years in the piping industry.

•Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management software (such as ERP systems or warehouse management systems), and logistics operations. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel data analysis, financial modeling, and supply chain analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau. Demonstrated ability in procurement negotiations, sourcing strategies, and contract management within a supply chain environment. Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred but not required. Knowledge of demand planning techniques including MRP systems; familiarity with AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning platforms is advantageous. Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration across departments such as retail management, merchandising, and supplier relations. Ability to perform root cause analysis on inventory issues using data analytics methods; strong math skills are essential for accurate forecasting and financial analysis related to inventory control.
