Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join their team. As an Inventory Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Monday through Friday with rotating weekends•12 hour shifts•6AM to 6PM What's the Job? Track and move parts between receiving, stockrooms, and production areas to support operational flow Maintain accurate inventory by processing returns to stock and assisting with inventory audits and purges Coordinate the movement of parts requiring outside processing Ensure that only certified materials are used in production processes Organize, maintain, and update tooling and related records What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of administrative or inventory-related experience (3+ years preferred) Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and KPI tools is preferred Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) What's in it for me?
