Position Overview:

Inventory Specialist As an Inventory Specialist at Fenix Parts, you will be responsible for recording and inventorying usable parts from vehicles while submitting applicable descriptive notes. You will take pictures for inventory purposes, evaluate current parts stock, analyze parts for damage, and assist with various warehouse tasks including inventory audits. You will also communicate with different departments, including our production and order fulfillment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Recording:

Record and inventory usable parts from vehicles, ensuring accurate and detailed descriptions.

Camera Operation:

take pictures of cars and parts while inventorying.

Stock Evaluation:

Evaluate current parts stock and analyze parts for damage, recording their condition.

Warehouse Tasks:

Assist with various warehouse tasks including inventory audits.

Communication:

Communicate with different departments, including production and order fulfillment teams.

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

Knowledge of vehicles, automotive parts, and components.

Basic computer skills, including the use of tablets and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software programs.

Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and able to collaborate with a team while also acting independently.

Critical thinking skills with an eye for detail and a focus on damage prevention.

Physical Ability:

Capable of working outdoors and standing/walking for the majority of your shift.
