Inventory Control Specialist

Luxor Staffing is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist paying $26.50 per hour on 2nd shift. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in the ERP or inventory management system Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner Track incoming and outgoing materials, including raw materials and finished goods Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure proper material flow Maintain organized storage locations and labeling systems Generate inventory reports and provide data to management as needed Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve accuracy Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards

Requirements:

Experience with inventory control, stock replenishment, and cycle counting Experience receiving, labeling, storing, and issuing inventory Familiarity with inventory management systems, barcoding, and RF scanners Ability to identify and report stock discrepancies or damages Experience with cycle counts and physical inventories Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) Data entry with strong attention to accuracy Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to follow inventory procedures and safety guidelines Clear communication with warehouse staff and supervisors Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and reliable Experience operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, SIT- DOWN forklifts) Ability to lift and move items (often 25-50 lbs.) #
