Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented parts and administrative inventory specialist to join our team at our Houston office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires proficiency in various office management tasks, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Quote, order and invoice spare parts for customers and communicate with them in a timely manner with phone and email etiquette Maintain inventory stock, movements and goods receipt and delivery Coordinate shipping and customs where applicable Maintain organised filing systems for delivery documents and records. Perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail using SAP. Provide customer support by addressing client needs and inquiries promptly. Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, editing, and communication. Handle clerical duties and manage office supplies. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling mail. Experience Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and SAP.
