Warehouse Manager Pay:
$20/Hr Job Responsibilities Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain accurate inventory records. Process inventory transactions for receiving, shipping, transfers, and inventory adjustments. Update inventory information within the company's ERP/Warehouse Management System. Coordinate receiving and shipping documentation to ensure inventory accuracy. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with reconciliation efforts. Verify inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records. Generate inventory reports for Warehouse Management. Ensure inventory records accurately match physical inventory. Maintain inventory files, documentation, and transaction history. Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Receiving, Procurement, and Warehouse personnel regarding inventory movements. Assist in maintaining FIFO inventory practices. Support inventory accuracy initiatives and continuous improvement activities. Identify inventory issues and report shortages, overages, or damaged materials. Utilize barcode scanners and inventory management software. Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures. Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous inventory control or warehouse inventory experience preferred. Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications. Experience with barcode scanning systems preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Effective communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds . Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting. Moderate warehouse environment. Moderate to high noise levels. Frequent computer and data entry work.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
