Job Description

Inventory Specialist - Sewell Ford Lincoln The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking a full-time vehicle Inventory Specialist to play a crucial role in our sales department by managing inventory, stocking vehicles, and ensuring they are prepared for our guests. We require a detail-oriented team player who can handle logistics and manage multiple projects while collaborating with the sales team. As the Inventory team spends a significant portion of their day driving, moving, and tracking vehicles, applicants should be willing to engage in an active workday.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in managing all data entry needed per new stock vehicle Help keep track of keys, paperwork, manuals, tags, and other items per vehicle Effectively document information about incoming and outbound deliveries Assist in driving vehicles to other Sewell locations or completing deliveries Assist with registering vehicles before purchase Help the team with logistics of delivery, incoming stock, and vehicle locations Maintain a professional appearance and keep workstation neat and organized Able to work in various weather conditions (indoor and outdoor) Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and every other
Saturday Skills & Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Valid driver license and acceptable driving record Background and drug screening Ability to multitask
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
