The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing the company's stock levels to ensure accurate records, efficient supply chain operations, and smooth fulfillment of customer demand. The position ensures the accurate processing of documentation while maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. __________________________________________________________________________
Job Duties:
Ordering materials, creating material sheets, creating slab labels Respond to corporate accounting month-end inquires Process returns for sinks, consumables, and materials Enter and maintain data within company systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain inventory accuracy Staging of sinks for pending jobs Help with vein matching / slab smith
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years of customer service, sales support, purchasing, order processing, or administrative experience. Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent required.
