Inventory Control Clerk Specialist AmeriTemps - 3.4 Southlake, TX Job Details Part-time $18 - $19 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Packing Organizational skills Warehouse experience RF scanner Picking & packing Full Job Description We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our small medical instrument warehouse team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and processing shipments, organizing medical instruments and supplies, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming medical instruments and supplies. Accurately enter inventory data into warehouse management systems and spreadsheets. Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Label, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or replenishment needs. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, receipts, and shipments. Operate barcode scanners and other inventory tracking equipment. Ensure medical instruments are handled carefully and stored according to company procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all quality control, safety, and regulatory requirements. Experience 1+ year of inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred. Experience with inventory control and cycle counting. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel , Outlook, and data entry systems. Ability to use barcode scanners and warehouse software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Join us in shaping efficient supply chains through innovative inventory solutions!
