Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or excess Ensure proper stock rotation to minimize obsolescence Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders Inspect materials for damage or defects Unload, unpack, and store inventory in designated locations Prepare outgoing shipments including picking, packing, and labeling Complete all shipping documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Organize inventory to maximize space and efficiency Ensure proper labeling and identification of all items Support ongoing warehouse cleanliness and maintenance Enter and maintain inventory data in tracking systems Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and discrepancies Review data to identify trends and potential issues

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Valid driver's license in the state of employment, with a driving record that meets DISH safety standards Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly and up to 125 lbs occasionally Comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification as required) Ability to work independently while supporting team operations

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient with basic computer systems and inventory tracking tools Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Visa sponsorship not available for this role

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
