$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory and Receiving Coordinator to join our 3PL warehouse operations team in Utah County. This position is responsible for managing inbound receiving activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, performing storage counts, and ensuring customer products are accurately received, stored, and tracked throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has warehouse and inventory experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate material handling equipment while supporting a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Receive inbound freight, pallets, and parcels while verifying quantities, product condition, and shipment accuracy Perform storage counts and inventory verification to maintain accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies Conduct cycle counts, location audits, and inventory checks as needed Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, to safely move, store, and retrieve inventory Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, overages, and receiving discrepancies Enter receiving information into warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory platforms Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Label, stage, and put away received products in designated warehouse locations Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams to resolve receiving and inventory issues Process purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and other shipping documents Assist with inventory audits, reconciliation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage area Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse, receiving, inventory control, or 3PL experience preferred Experience receiving inbound freight and maintaining inventory accuracy Ability to operate forklifts and order pickers safely and efficiently Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Experience performing storage counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with warehouse and operations teams Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience ($20.00 - $22.00 per hour) Stable full-time employment in a growing 3PL operation Opportunities for training, skill development, and career advancement Team-focused warehouse environment
