Product Specialist — Audi Richmond Are you energetic, personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about cars? Audi Richmond is looking for a Product Specialist who can bring the Audi experience to life for our customers. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience. Become an expert on Audi vehicles, technology, features, and options. Help customers find the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and needs. Conduct engaging test drives and demonstrate vehicle features. Explain Audi technology, performance, safety, and ownership benefits. Stay current on new products, updates, accessories, and competitive models. Assist customers throughout the buying process, including trades and financing. Work closely with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience and achieve dealership goals. Follow up with customers after their visit and purchase to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records. Help keep the showroom and vehicle inventory clean, organized, and presentation-ready. Participate in Audi and dealership training, meetings, and product events. Provide customer feedback and product insights to management. What We're Looking For Energetic, outgoing, and genuinely enthusiastic about automobiles. Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable learning and explaining automotive technology. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help. Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed. Comfortable in a fast-paced, modern dealership environment.
