Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Track incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain clean & orderly workstations and warehouse Update inventory management systems and databases Analyze inventory reports and identify trends Prepare orders for shipment Assist the service department in-house as needed Assist technicians in maintaining van inventory Coordinate with inside sales staff to ensure adequate stock levels Assist with forecasting inventory needs based on demand Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures Prepare reports on inventory performance and stock status Flexibility to deliver and/or pick up parts across our service area when needed Experience Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass drug & background tests Preferred Skills Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices Understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations Data analysis and reporting capabilities Forklift certification (will train the right candidate) We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package including: Paid vacation & sick leave Health, dental, & life insurance Company matching 401K Retirement Plan Cell phone Company paid uniform rental On-the-job training
