Job Description

Job Description Day to Day Responsibilities
  •  Coordinate and execute incoming and outgoing deliveries (PO receiving, RMS activities)
  •  Track and stage physical inventory with high accuracy
  •  Perform inventory cycle counts and audits
  •  Execute data corrections and compliance or certification control activities
  •  Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory management per standard processes
  •  Destroy data bearing devices (DBDs) following documented procedures and runbooks
  •  Monitor systems for errors or failures and escalate issues as needed
  •  Support testing, debugging, and data reporting activities as required Scope of Work
  •  Organizing storage rooms and cable storage areas
  •  Moving and consolidating materials into appropriate colocations
  •  Transferring materials from prior storage locations
  •  Supporting waste management and sustainability initiatives: o Sorting materials properly for recycling vs.

  •  High School Diploma
  •  1-2 years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, inventory management, retail, or IT related environments
  •  Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  •  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  •  Some general IT hardware knowledge
  •  Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent technical training
  •  Experience with inventory audits, data corrections, or compliance activities
  •  Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and material movement
  •  Experience supporting or coordinating small teams in operational settings
  •  Previous experience working in a data center environment
