We're looking for someone who likes staying busy, working with vehicles, and being the person who keeps everything running sharp. About the Role As our Inventory & Lot Coordinator, you're the backbone of our inventory and the first impression of our lot. You'll keep our vehicle records accurate, our lot organized and presentable, and our cars detailed and sale-ready — while also jumping in to support the sales team and greet customers. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role with real earning potential: on top of your hourly pay, you'll earn commissions and spiffs for helping move inventory. What You'll Do Inventory Management Track and maintain accurate inventory records Receive and inspect incoming vehicles and equipment Coordinate vehicle movements within the lot Lot Organization & Appearance Park, display, and merchandise vehicles to maximize visibility and accessibility Maintain a clean, safe, and professional-looking lot Monitor signage, pricing, and vehicle presentation Vehicle Readiness & Detailing Ensure vehicles are cleaned, detailed, fueled, and ready for sale or delivery Perform or coordinate detailing — washing, vacuuming, and final presentation Inspect inventory for cosmetic or mechanical concerns and report issues promptly Verify every vehicle meets dealership appearance standards Customer & Vendor Coordination Help sales staff locate inventory and prep vehicles for customer appointments Coordinate with transport companies for deliveries and pickups Answer customer questions about inventory availability and vehicle features Sales Support (Secondary) Greet and assist customers on the lot and provide basic vehicle information Help facilitate test drives and vehicle deliveries Generate opportunities by engaging customers and connecting them with the right salesperson Assist with follow-up and customer-satisfaction efforts as needed Safety & Security Monitor lot security and access control Follow company safety standards Report accidents, damage, or security concerns promptly What You Bring Strong inventory control and organizational skills An eye for detail — in vehicle inspections, detailing, and presentation Customer-service mindset and comfort supporting sales Solid communication, time management, and multitasking Working knowledge of vehicles, systems, and features Problem-solving and sound decision-making Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A valid driver's license and clean driving record (you'll be moving vehicles and helping with test drives)
