Inventory and Asset Assistant -
Spokane, WA Pay :
$25 per hour, full-timeSchedule :
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Work location : 505 N Argonne Rd. The Role As an Inventory and Asset Assistant, you will support the organization, tracking, assignment, return, and documentation of company inventory and assets, including office supplies, equipment, devices, documents, and other company property. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping physical inventory and system records accurate, updated, and easy to verify. What You Will Do Receive, count, inspect, label, and organize inventory items Update inventory records and track item movements in the company's system Support the assignment, transfer, return, replacement, and removal of company assets Verify that physical inventory matches system records Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies, damages, missing items, or irregularities Prepare supplies, equipment, and materials for employees, workstations, or departments Keep storage areas organized, labeled, and easy to access Load, unload, move, and organize office-related items such as supplies, boxes, files, devices, and equipment as needed Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory requests, deliveries, returns, and asset recovery What We Are Looking For Required High school diploma or GED Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, asset control, or shipping and receiving Computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, data entry, and inventory systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy with records Math skills for counting, verifying quantities, and identifying discrepancies Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision Ability to safely lift, load, unload, move, organize, and carry office-related items such as supplies, boxes, files, devices, or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as needed Preferred Experience with Microsoft Office or inventory tracking systems Experience supporting office inventory, equipment assignment, facilities, or asset recovery processes Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Why Join Us Established and growing firm with long-term stability Real opportunity to grow with the company and make an impact Paid training to help you understand our systems and procedures Team culture that values accountability, collaboration, and excellenceJob Type:
