South St. (Show on map) Sep 09, 2026 KI's Manufacturing plant in Bonduel has an opening on first shift in our Materials Management Department as an Inventory Specialist. The inventory specialist is responsible for managing, tracking, and maintain the organization's inventory of raw materials, components, and finished products.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Performs necessary inventory transactions such as scrap materials, product used for replacements, testing or as samples, vendor returns, physical count adjustments and correction of errant reporting.

Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in physical and BPCS records.

Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

Use reports to monitor inventory status. Troubleshoot & problem-solve any issues.

Ensure inventory is stored properly to prevent damage, adhering to safety and quality standards.

Documentation of MDM changes, negative inventory, dollar values of inventory transactions and gross margins.

Analyze inventory management practices and recommend improvements to operations.

Previous experience with inventory control processes would be helpful. Candidate must have strong attention to detail, time management and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work at a continuous pace and be able to work with minimal supervision. Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have the ability to work on their feet for long periods of time. Successful completion of a drug screen is required for all employees.
