What You'll Do Source and procure parts for the service center Build and manage vendor relationships, including pricing and account setup Provide accurate parts pricing estimates to the service team Coordinate cost-effective delivery and pickup of parts Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels Manage cores and ensure proper credit processing Support service department operations as needed Work a Monday-Friday, first shift schedule Compensation $26-$33 per hour (based on experience) Up to 2 weeks of vacation in your first year, increasing to 3 weeks in your 4th year 7 paid holidays (eligible from day one) Variable compensation opportunities Insurance benefits and 401(k) retirement plan Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Short-term disability coverage Company-paid life and long-term disability insurance 401(k) with company match Fitness membership reimbursement Safety boots and safety glasses reimbursement Company-provided uniforms What We Value A can-do attitude Willingness to learn and grow Strong teamwork and collaboration Self-motivation and attention to detail Professionalism and integrity What You Bring Valid driver's license with a good driving record Strong customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent Experience with commercial vehicle parts (preferred) Any combination of education and experience that supports success in the role Ready to Grow Your Career?
