Job Description

Requirements Overview Join our dynamic team as a Driver Helper and Collector, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining efficient document destruction collection operations while providing excellent customer service. This position involves two primary roles; one, helping on a route with one of our experienced Route Drivers, and two, collecting material in large accounts (mostly local hospitals) into secure locked containers. Depending on the applicants ambitions and driving experience, there could be a path towards becoming a Route Driver. The Ideal Candidate For This Position Would Possess A strong work ethic Enjoys a dynamic job Likes to work efficiently and make improvements Enjoys manual labor (some indoors and some outside) Work Schedule Available for work at least 4 days per week. Must be available Monday - Wednesday Duties Ride in the passenger seat with an experience Route Driver and assist them with large accounts on a local route. Collect confidential records (paper documents) from our secure locked containers placed within the building of customers we service. Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers during pickups to address questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, state transportation laws, and safety procedures to maintain compliance at all times. Requirements Due to the highly sensitive nature of document destruction, this position is subject to a pre-employment background check, pre-employment drug screening, and post-employment randomized drug screenings. Be able to work the occasional Saturday during Fall and Spring months. These days are agreed to well in advance and paid work events. Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Pay:
From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
