We're on the lookout for a dependable and flexible General Labor worker who can handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This role involves outdoor work in the heat, so previous experience with similar conditions is a plus!

Your Role:

Loading and Unloading Materials:

You'll use a forklift to unload materials, check them in, keep track of what came in, and store them properly.

Physical Tasks:

This job requires lifting up to 100lbs repeatedly for extended periods. You'll be moving heavy items like bags of mortar and travertine pieces safely and efficiently.

Field Work:

Occasionally, you'll join our remodel team on-site, often working inside empty swimming pools. These tasks are physically demanding and require teamwork, professionalism, and a sharp eye for detail.

Safety:

Keeping safety a priority, you'll be responsible for tasks that demand attention to detail, such as operating forklifts, handling chemicals, and ensuring materials are stored correctly.

Operating Machinery:

You'll handle various machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, gas grills, drills, and skid steers.

Organization:

Keep materials and equipment organized and ready for upcoming jobs. You have to be able to follow written instructions.

Janitorial :

You'll also help maintain a clean workspace by managing trash and disposing of empty boxes and wrapping materials. Some light janitorial work inside is also required. Taking out trash, making sure the men's room is clean (between our janitorial service), power washing the building and washing the windows.

Communication:

You'll work closely with different departments to ensure the right materials and equipment are prepared for jobs.
