This role is essential in supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Experience Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Basic knowledge of safety practices related to manual labor is a plus.
