Overview Accurate Recycling is one of the largest non-ferrous and Platinum Group Metals recyclers in the U.S., built on integrity, loyalty, and lasting customer relationships in the precious metals recycling industry. We're looking for an Operations Laborer to join our Decanning team to safely extract valuable materials from recyclable components. No prior experience is required, as we provide the training and support to set you up for success. What You'll Do Operate machinery to open and extract materials from in-house metal scrap Sort, organize and recover precious metals and ceramic monoliths according to company standards Clean work areas, empty dust collection systems, and maintain machinery to ensure a safe workspace Load, unload, and move heavy materials or pallets Follow all OSHA regulations, including wearing required PPE such as respirators, safety glasses, and close-toed shoes What You Need High school diploma or GED Minimum age 18 Valid driver's license Able to safely lift 50 lbs Bilingual English/Spanish a plus No prior metal recycling experience required Position is contingent upon the successful completion and clearance of a background check This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in warehouse operations while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
