We specialize in delivering and installing furniture, appliances, and large household items directly to customers' homes. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Driver Helper to assist our delivery team with final-mile and white-glove deliveries. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to safely handle heavy items, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Assist the driver with loading and unloading furniture, appliances, and other large items. Safely carry and maneuver products into customers' homes. Help assemble, install, and place products as directed. Protect customer property and maintain a clean, professional appearance. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Follow all company safety procedures and delivery protocols. Assist with route completion and daily vehicle inspections. Qualifications Ability to lift and carry 75-150 lbs with a team member. Valid driver's license preferred but not required. Previous moving, delivery, warehouse, furniture, appliance, or logistics experience is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
