Candidates should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team while maintaining high-quality workmanship and professionalism. Required Experience Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following: Drywall installation, patching, taping, and texture Tile installation (floor, wall, and shower applications) Kitchen and bathroom backsplash installation Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring installation Demolition and job site preparation Framing and basic carpentry Painting and finish work General construction labor Material handling and job site cleanup Qualifications Minimum 2 years of construction or remodeling experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and use common construction tools Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work safely and follow directions Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
