Mill Laborer

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable company to find their next Mill Laborer. This position is based in Redding. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced mill environment while following safety procedures and working effectively with a team.

Mill Laborer Compensation:

• $21.03/hr

Mill Laborer Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials as needed
• Comfortable working in an industrial or mill environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Previous mill or labor experience is a plus, but not required

Mill Laborer Responsibilities:

• Stack blocks and boards efficiently and safely
• Feed materials into machines as needed
• Clean work areas and maintain a safe environment
• Assist with general mill production tasks
