This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in wood fencing, landscaping, and tree care, while working in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn , safety-conscious , and ready to take on physical tasks that make a real impact on our outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

Eager to learn, and do things correctly. Install new wood fencing. Fence repair Paint and stain fences Assist with tree care activities, including trimming, pruning, and planting using appropriate tools and techniques, as well as clean up brush. Support landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, planting, mulching, and general site cleanup Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures during all operations and equipment use Experience Hands-on experience in fencing, tree work, landscaping is a plus but not necessary, will train. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions. We value safety, teamwork, and a proactive attitude—come grow with us!
