We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who takes pride in doing quality work and enjoys being active. Experience is a plus, but we hire for attitude, work ethic, character, and reliability first. We can teach the technical skills. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding outdoor position.

Applicants must be comfortable with:

Early morning starts, sometimes as early as 6:00 AM, but we generally start around 7:30am Working outdoors in heat, cold, sun, and varying weather conditions Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing throughout the day Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds Working from ladders and elevated positions Using professional equipment for extended periods This position is not a good fit for individuals who are uncomfortable with heights or physically demanding outdoor work.
