Yard Laborer Waste Connections - 3.1 Santa Clara, CA Job Details Full-time $36.37 - $45.46 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work Full Job Description Garden City Sanitation, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety conscious Yard Laborer to join our team in Santa Clara, CA ! The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. The starting wage for this position is $36.37/hour. After 120 days of probation, the pay rate is $45.46/hour.
Responsibilities Include:
Yard and facility maintenance including debris and oil spot clean up Manual labor including landscaping and fence line maintenance Pressure washing and storage management of carts Picking up and sweeping wind blown trash Various utility tasks as needed
Requirements:
At least 1 year of work experience. Preferably in a laborer type role The ability to stand outside throughout a 8 hr shift The ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability and will to work in all weather conditions Experience running equipment is a plus (floor sweeper, scrubber, manlifts) To be considered for any of our current openings you must complete an application at www.wasteconnections.com .
