Full Job Description Overview :
Quinn Company, your local Caterpillar store, is hiring a Utility in Santa Maria, California. Join a team that powers industries and builds communities every day. The Utility role plays a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position supports the overall efficiency of the store by performing housekeeping, material handling, and basic maintenance tasks in a safe and organized environment.
Wages :
The Utility's starting wage will depend on experience and education. $16.50 - $20.00
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and yard areas Assist with moving equipment, parts, and materials as needed Perform basic maintenance and janitorial duties Support technicians and team members with general shop needs Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus Commitment to safety and attention to detail Ability to lift, carry, and move materials in a shop environment Valid forklift certification (required) Why Quinn Company?
