Manufacturing Laborer

O2 Employment Services is partnering with a reputable insulation manufacturing company to hire Warehouse Production Associate. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. Warehouse Production Associate Shift Schedule (Rotating 12-Hour Shifts): 4 day shifts → 2 days off → 3 night shifts → 2 days off 3 day shifts → 2 days off → 4 night shifts → 8 days off The rotation then repeats.

Warehouse Production Associate Compensation & Benefits:

$18 per hour for the first 8 hours, $27 per hour for overtime Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered through O2 Opportunities for overtime and weekend work

Warehouse Production Associate Qualifications:

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a "can-do" attitude are a must Reliable transportation is required Must pass a company-specific background check (post-conditional offer) Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment Ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Warehouse Production Associate Responsibilities:
