Sidewalk Snow Removal Crew MemberIndustrial Snow Services (ISS) Seasonal | October-May | $25+ per hour |

| Overtime & Storm Premiums Available Position Overview Industrial Snow Services (ISS) is hiring Sidewalk Snow Removal Crew Members for the upcoming winter season. Our sidewalk crews are responsible for keeping sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, stairs, entrances, and other high-traffic areas safe and accessible during winter weather events. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and prepared to work extended shifts outdoors in snow, ice, wind, and freezing temperatures. This is a seasonal position running approximately October through May , with the majority of work occurring during winter weather events. Storm work may include overnight, weekend, holiday, and extended shifts. Key Responsibilities Shovel and clear snow from sidewalks, stairs, entrances, pedestrian walkways, and other designated areas. Operate snow blowers, Snowrators, compact sidewalk plows, and other small snow-removal equipment as assigned. Apply salt and other de-icing materials to maintain safe pedestrian surfaces. Monitor assigned areas throughout snow events and address accumulating snow and ice as needed. Work efficiently as part of a sidewalk crew under the direction of the Site Lead. Respond promptly to storm dispatches and maintain required availability during winter weather events. Identify and report icy conditions, hazards, damaged surfaces, or equipment issues to the Site Lead. Follow ISS safety procedures and properly use all required PPE. Assist with post-storm cleanup, snow relocation, and final site inspections. Maintain a professional attitude and represent ISS appropriately while working on customer properties. What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable individuals who take pride in their work. Ability to work extended shifts during snow and ice events. Ability to work outdoors for prolonged periods in freezing temperatures and adverse weather conditions. Physically capable of shoveling, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving snow for extended periods. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Reliable transportation to and from assigned job sites. Willingness to work overnight, weekends, holidays, and other non-traditional hours when required by storm conditions. Previous experience in snow removal, landscaping, construction, or other physically demanding outdoor work is preferred but not required . Experience operating snow blowers, Snowrators, compact equipment, or similar equipment is a plus. Must be able to successfully complete ISS's hiring and screening requirements.
Compensation & Quick Pay Starting Pay:
