Duties Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages from box trucks and commercial vehicles using manual handling techniques such as heavy lifting, moving, pallet jacks, and forklifts when certified. Support route driving by helping to organize deliveries and ensuring timely arrival at each destination. Help load and unload goods at warehouses or customer locations, ensuring items are handled safely and securely. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Aid in maintaining accurate delivery documentation, including logs of load & unload activities and route details. Collaborate closely with drivers to ensure all packages are delivered accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse areas. Qualifications Experience with commercial driving, especially using box trucks or similar vehicles, is highly desirable. Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, heavy lifting, moving Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving packages repeatedly throughout the day. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driver or courier roles is a plus. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this energetic role!
