Job Overview V&J Junk Removal® a junk removal company in colorado! Here at our Centennial location, we are looking to hire a strong team of General Labor Junk Removal Workers to join us!
General Labor Junk Removal Benefits:
Average compensation: $25
•35/hour with tips and incentives (determined at interview) Paid training Opportunity to grow personally and within the company! Flexible scheduling The life of a junk removal expert: We are looking for motivated individuals who are energetic and eager to make a difference. Great attitude, strong customer service and people skills Able to lift 75lbs+ frequently/safely Comfortable with a very fast paced environment and get on the same page as everyone else. We hold ZERO tolerance to reliability. If you can't show for work dont bother applying. Reliable transportation and zero tardiness is what we expect. Drivers must be comfortable with selling and up-selling on site interacting with multiple new customers daily! Truck Operations such as Safety, Empathy, Communication, Teamwork are mandatory. No experience needed in "junk removal" you will be trained by us on on one, Just bring your A-Game and great personality! Great driving record is mandatory for driver position, no exceptions.

•Our schedules fluctuate daily..One day we can work till 7pm next day we may only be working till 2/3pm. You must be willing to be ready to come to work when necessary. Pay
•Combination of Hourly, Tips, Daily Bonus . No one currently averages less than $20/hour all combined, Several crew members hover around $30/hour.
