Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled employee with expeience in wood working to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and experience in manufacturing and assembling doors. This role involves assembling products using various tools and techniques, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. The Assembler will work closely with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment. Duties Machine or Assemble components and products according to specifications and blueprints. Utilize power tools and machinery to fabricate parts as needed. Perform materials handling tasks, including moving and organizing materials within the warehouse. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process, for effective solutions. Qualifications Previous experience in door assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required Proficiency in using hand power tools and machinery. Experience with millwork or machining is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification may be required). Delivering product via trucks & trailers to customers. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
