Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Golf Course Laborers to join our team. As a Laborers, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to assist with golf course and grounds maintenance and general labor duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has experience in lawn care and landscaping.Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance tasks such as mowing and irrigation repair.
- Plant and maintain golf course and clubhouse grounds and limited building maintenance.
- Operate power tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Use hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in golf course maintenance or related field preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of golf course care techniques and maintenance
- Familiarity with power tools used in landscaping
- Ability to operate irrigation systems effectively
- Proficient in using hand tools for various tasks
Skills:
- Ability to maintain a high level of physical stamina and endurance, including routinely lifting 50 lbs or more
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
