Laborer General Summary :
Reports directly to the Maintenance Lead Supervisor. This position is responsible for performing a variety of semi-skilled tasks related to building and grounds maintenance.Job Responsibilities:
- Cutting grass
- Shoveling snow
- Pruning of shrubs
- Removal of garbage and trash
- Minor plumbing, electrical, heating and carpentry maintenance
- Some painting
- Performs related work as required
- May work as a mechanic's helper
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Experience in building and grounds maintenance preferred.
- Related experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
