Position:
Full-time Build a Career in the Marine Industry Atlas Marine Group prides itself on delivering premium quality results in the Marine Industry by following rigorous processes for safety, application, and verification of product endurance. Our field helpers are essential in ensuring the setup and preparation is ready for our groups of technicians. A field helper must anticipate and prepare for eventualities before the job takes place. It must have initiative to support different teams, effective communication skills and easy to work and adapt to individuals. A Field helper must demonstrate honesty and accountability for their work. The field helper is expected to follow safety procedures, be organized, always show professional conduct, document required processes and protect the equipment and workspace. What We Are Looking For Dependable and punctual. Able to lift and carry 50 pounds and perform physical work in marine yards and field environments. Able to follow instructions and safety procedures. Comfortable working around hoses, equipment, water, coatings, and industrial jobsite conditions. Must be an adaptive learner from supervisors and technicians. Honest, respectful, and accountable. You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Previous marine, construction, industrial, painting, blasting, pressure-washing, or mechanical experience is helpful but not required. Must be able to legally work in the United States. The candidate must read, write, and speak fluent English. Spanish is a plus. Career Growth We are looking for someone dependable, safety-conscious, willing to work, and genuinely interested in learning from experienced technicians. This position is not intended to be a permanent entry-level position. Field Helpers who demonstrate reliability, safe work habits, technical development, and increased independence can progress toward a Technician position with greater responsibility and earning potential.
