In this role, you will assist professional drivers with loading, unloading, and white glove delivery. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will ensure timely deliveries and safe handling of goods. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the transportation industry while supporting efficient route execution and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist drivers with loading and unloading freight, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed Help secure cargo using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks, straps, or tie-downs Support drivers in navigating routes, including shuttle driving, route driving, or yard jockey duties Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns Maintain clear communication with drivers regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or special instructions Aid in moving goods within warehouses or loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques Support the overall safety of the work environment by adhering to company policies and safety protocols Helping driver assemble and carefully move furniture Inside and outside delivery On time at Pick Up Location 4 AM

MUST BE ON TIME
•Experience Prior experience in delivery driving, shuttle driving, or commercial vehicle operation is preferred Familiarity with various types of trucks such as box trucks, flatbeds, dump trucks, or tractor-trailers is advantageous Knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, or tow trucks is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with drivers and team members Experience with heavy equipment operation or heavy haul transportation is beneficial but not required Valid driver's license or relevant endorsements for commercial vehicles; CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred but not mandatory for helpers Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, moving heavy items, and standing for extended periods This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in transportation logistics while supporting a fast-paced environment.
