Job Summary Join our dynamic team in the Tampa Bay / Saint Petersburg / Palmetto / Bradenton / Sarasota Florida area as a Junk Removal Sales / Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in providing efficient waste removal solutions while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This energetic position combines hands-on labor with proactive sales efforts, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and reliable junk removal. You'll operate as a crucial role in this position, giving yourself what you strive to earn. Work is Monday through Friday with Saturdays available if you want the extra hours. while adhering to safety protocols and traffic laws. Responsibilities Perform professional sales leadership with major bonuses on every landed sale! Load and unload junk materials efficiently Engage with customers professionally to assess their needs, explain services, and promote additional solutions Maintain safety protocol adherence during all operations, including heavy lifting and hazardous materials handling when necessary Assist with route planning to optimize efficiency and ensure timely pickups and deliveries Skills Knowledge of solid waste management practices, municipal waste regulations, and hazardous materials regulations Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience in outdoor work environments involving heavy lifting and load & unload tasks Ability to follow safety protocols rigorously while managing heavy loads in outdoor settingsThis role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to environmental responsibility while delivering outstanding service.
