Job Description:

McShea Contracting Join our team at McShea Contracting as an Experienced Laborer/Operator-NIGHTS (Pavement Marking) in Wellington, FL. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our night crew and contribute to our pavement marking operations. As an Experienced Laborer/Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining pavement marking equipment, applying paint and thermoplastic materials, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of pavement markings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pavement marking equipment such as stripers, pre-markers, and grinders
• Apply paint and thermoplastic materials to pavement surfaces
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of pavement markings
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
• Work collaboratively with the night crew to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pavement marking or similar field
• Ability to operate and maintain pavement marking equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment
• Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record This is a full-time hourly position with night shift hours.
