Job Summary:

Driver Helpers support local delivery routes within an assigned territory, working with drivers to get product safely and efficiently to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with product delivery in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Unload product from the trailer using a pallet jack and/or hand truck. Stock cooler space, shelf space, and displays at the time of delivery. Rotate product according to company standards. Collect empty keg shells, damaged goods, or mis-ordered product. Communicate clearly with delivery drivers, sales reps, and store personnel. Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Time management, attention to detail, and communication skills. Able to use standard handheld computer devices.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Ability to regularly lift and move cases weighing 20-30 lbs., and occasionally up to 160 lbs. to waist height. Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Able to safely operate a delivery vehicle in a range of weather conditions.
