What we offer Weekly pay of $18.50 & $19.50 Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Get weekends off Overtime available Weekly Pay Heavy Laborer Tasks & Duties (What you'll do) unload Propane tanks, prepare building site materials, stack building Propane tanks , and set up equipment Follow project instructions from construction manager or supervisor Move materials from one place to another depalletizing insure a good paint job was applied, remove the cylinder from the paint line and remove the bag that protects the cylinder. Then place cylinder on a conveyor Wear headgear, earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, and clothing Complete all assigned tasks in a quickly and safely Assist in building scaffolding and temporary structures Dig, move dirt, or compact space Provide assistance to contractors (i.e. craft workers, electricians, painters) as needed Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly Heavy Laborer Shift Info 1st shift, 6:00 am to 4:40 pm $18.50 2nd shift, 6:00 pm to 4:30 am $19.50 Monday to Thursday Heavy Laborer Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) Heavy Laborer experience preferred Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US State licensure to work with hazardous materials preferred but not required; union certification preferred but not required Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 -50 pounds Must be comfortable working at elevated levels Positive attitude and work ethic Able to work independently or as an active member of a team Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management English and Spanish fluency a plus Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US Apply today!
