Job Description
Duties Daily job will vary
- Help with setup work on new manufactured homes
- Help carrying out block, setup supplies, etc
- Help in the setup process
- Doing some minor handy work, vinyl skirting, vinyl siding, etc
- Assisting our trim team on interior/exterior finishing ```Requirements```
- Able to work in varying weather conditions. Rain, cold, hot, wind
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Able to work differing morning hours starting from 5AM-8AM. Times can vary dependent on the time of year, weather, and task for the day. Typical start time is 6AM
- Knowledge of general safety
- Valid drivers license
- Able to lift 75lbs
