Kelly Services is urgently seeking dependable people for a four-day outdoor vehicle protection and clean-out project in the Lynwood / Chicago Heights area . This is hands-on work in a large vehicle yard with damaged cars that may have broken glass, dents, rust, debris, or personal items still inside. The main focus of this assignment is helping wrap and protect damaged areas of vehicles , clear out remaining items, support yard cleanup, and prepare vehicles for audit and resale processing. This is not work for someone who is uncomfortable getting dirty or working carefully around damaged vehicles. This can be a good way to start or rebuild recent work history with Kelly Services. A polished resume helps, but we may also consider dependable people who can clearly show they are ready to work, arrive on time, and finish all four days strong. What You'll Do Work outside in a large vehicle yard with rows of damaged vehicles Wrap and protect vehicle areas affected by glass, dents, rust, or exposed damage Help clean out vehicles and remove loose items, papers, trash, debris, and remaining personal belongings Help ensure personal information or materials left inside vehicles are removed appropriately Prepare vehicles for audit, inspection, resale review, or next-step processing Support light yard cleanup and organization as assigned Work carefully around broken glass, sharp metal, rusted areas, damaged interiors, and awkward materials Maintain a steady work pace while meeting daily completion and quality expectations Report unsafe conditions, injuries, or concerns to the supervisor immediately ? What I'm Looking For Strong candidates may have experience in: Auto detailing, vehicle clean-out, collision/body-shop support, car wash, or lot work Landscaping, construction, roofing, HVAC, moving, junk removal, restoration cleanup, or outdoor labor Warehouse or physical project work requiring steady lifting, cleanup, and attention to detail You should be: Able to commit to all four days of the project Comfortable working outside in changing weather Comfortable around damaged vehicles, broken glass, rust, and debris Able to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as needed Careful, consistent, and able to work with urgency without being unsafe Reliable enough to arrive on time each scheduled day ?
