About Us PJT Snow Management is a growing commercial snow and ice management company serving businesses throughout Will and DuPage Counties . We take pride in providing dependable, professional service and investing in people who want to grow with us. Responsibilities Clear snow from sidewalks, entrances, ramps, stairs, and pedestrian walkways. Operate snow blowers, sidewalk spreaders, and other snow removal equipment. Apply ice melt and de-icing materials. Assist Crew Leaders and Equipment Operators during snow events. Work safely and efficiently in changing winter weather conditions. Communicate with your team and represent PJT Snow Management professionally. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old . Previous snow removal, landscaping, construction, warehouse, or other outdoor work experience is preferred but not required. Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to lift up to 50 pounds . Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions. Reliable transportation to assigned meeting locations or job sites. A valid driver's license is helpful but not required. Must have proper winter clothing and footwear. Must be able to respond to snow events within approximately 60-90 minutes when dispatched. Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during snow events. Hours vary based on winter weather and snowfall. Pay & Growth Opportunities $17.00-$22.50 per hour , based on experience, reliability, qualifications, and performance. Paid training provided. Holiday bonus pay opportunities. Performance-based raises. Full-time seasonal, part-time seasonal, and on-call/fill-in team members are welcome to apply.
